Volunteers representing different professional backgrounds and geographic areas. These members have a passion to assist the Blue Ridge FCA Director in advancing the Gospel through sport.
What is The Blue Ridge FCA Board?
A board builds teams of individuals who serve together and share their skills, expertise and connections; creating a culture where all Members and the FCA Director can provide input into strategic ministry planning. The Blue Ridge FCA board will specifically be a group of Volunteers that represent different professional backgrounds and geographic areas. The leadership board increases ministry impact by mobilizing relationships and multiplying resources. These members have a passion to assist the Blue Ridge FCA Director in advancing the gospel through sport.
It is our goal for board members to understand the area’s strategic plan so they can pray, serve and give effectively.

- Serve: Serving in your talent and Giftedness
- Give : Give personally, making FCA a top priority in your giving. Inviting people in your personal and professional network to experience FCA.
Greg Baroch
Board Chair
Worked 42 years in manufacturing in quality, engineering and management. Was saved at 34, started coaching varsity soccer at a Christian school for 32 years and doing missions work for several organizations. Have been an FCA board member for 16 years.
Anniken Quinn
Serves as the Director of Alumni and Family Engagement at St. Anne's-Belfield School. Born in Oslo, Norway and raised in Charlottesville, Virginia, her foundational roots and early faith, accepting Christ at age 11, shaped her lifelong dedication to community and education.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in Spanish and Secondary Education from the University of Maryland, where she actively participated in Cru, before obtaining a Master’s in Education from The George Washington University. Anniken spent seven years living and working in Washington, D.C., developing a rich background in educational leadership. Today, she is back in her hometown of Charlottesville, where she resides with her husband, John, their dog, Riggins, and their growing family of (soon-to-be) three children.
